Shipping policy
All shipping is FREE when spending 75.00 or more as a perk to our customers. Orders will ship out within 4 business days, but generally much sooner! We strive for same or next day shipping.
PEAK SHIPPING SEASON- Order turn around time will be raised to 5-8 business days, though we will strive for same or next day when at all possible. Peak shipping season is November + December + January + February + March + April. Weekends and federal holidays do NOT count as business days. Business days start the day after your order is placed.
All jewelry from our Opals and Gems collection is 5-8 day turn around.
Any warehouse clear out threads OR closet clear out threads are subject to 8-10 day turnaround depending on volume.
SPECIAL ORDER THREADS | STYLE BOXES are always 7-10 business days though we strive for sooner.
IF AN ORDER IS DELAYED OUTSIDE OF THE TIME FRAME LISTED, TURQUOISE HEIFER WILL REACH OUT WITH AN ORDER UPDATE AS AVAILABLE.
If a shipping delay was to occur, you will be emailed with details about your order and the delay immediately.
All orders are shipped to the address provided. Should your order be delivered but you don't see it, please contact your local post office with the tracking number as soon as you can. They will be able to provide you information of where the order was dropped off.
Cancellations: Once your order is placed, orders can CAN NOT be cancelled after checkout. Orders go into our processing system directly after checkout. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with return policy.
