Refund policy
We do not offer refunds unless it is a defective mistake on our part.
RETURNS: Returns must be made to our return address within 10 days of arrival. Return address will be confirmed and provided when return is approved by Turquoise Heifer. Items sent with out consent will be subject to return to sender. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have no smell of smoke or traces of make up, and tags attached. Shoe boxes must be included. Once returns are inspected, credit is automatically loaded to your account. We do a majority of our return processing on Saturdays. ALL SALE BARN, GIFTS + ACCESSORIES, PURCHASES MADE WITH A DISCOUNT OVER 20%, MYSTERY BAGS/BOXES, PRE-ORDERS, PURCHASES MADE USING CREDIT FROM A PREVIOUS RETURN, CUSTOM OR PERSONAL ITEMS, CLOSET CLEAN OUTS/WAREHOUSE SALE THREADS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
CLEARANCE THREADS/COLLECTIONS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.
Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed, if you do not receive a confirmation of your return within 10 days, please email info@turquoiseheiferboutique.com for an update regarding your return.
If items are sent that do not meet return criteria, customer will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
TO RETURN:
Email your order number, item returning, and reasoning to info@turquoiseheiferboutique.com. Your return will be approved/declined within one business day. Please confirm return address with return approval. Do NOT mail to the address listed on the label, that is a shipping address only.
Customers are expected to pay the shipping back for returns. It is recommended that you have tracking on the return to ensure it gets to our PO Box.
Please be sure to checkout the description on each item to ensure best fit. Each description has measurements and is extremely detailed on fit. We take pride in our descriptions and want you to have a comfortable shopping experience. If you aren't sure on sizing, please email info@turquoiseheiferboutique.com and we will assist you in getting the best size.
Cancellations: Once your order is placed, orders can CAN NOT be cancelled after checkout. Orders go into our processing system directly after checkout. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our return policy.
We allow 3 returns, per month, per customer.
