When Will My Order Ship?
Ship dates may vary by item. Our current turn around time is 1-4 business days on in stock items. THB branded items are a set turn around time of 7-9 business days, this time frame does not change. If we are doing a herd members only thread in our group, we will always try to list the current shipping time frame for that thread.
Any warehouse clean outs, sample sale clean outs and office clean outs are subject to a 5-8 business day turn around time depending on order volume. These take longer to pull and pack, but we try to ship them as quickly as possible!

 Need Help With a Question Or Order. What Do I Do?
All questions and order help can be directed to our customer service email If you lose this email, it is listed in our facebook group, on our business page, at the bottom of our website and in all automated emails for easy access. 
DO NOT message a group moderator or the boutique owner through a personal message. You will not get a response. This is a boundary between personal life and business. Please use the customer service email for any and all questions related to orders. 
Our customer service email has an automated kick back email you will receive upon sending. This email contains current daily response hours and prevalent information that may help answer your question before we respond. 

I Need To Return My Order, What Do I Do?
Not a problem! We want you to be happy with your purchase! To see if your return is eligible, please view this link and follow the instructions to complete your return. If you lose this link, it is also available in our facebook group, on our automated kickback email, and at the bottom of our webpage. 

My Order Shows Delivered but I Do Not Have It, What Do I Do?
If your order shows delivered but you do not have it, please contact your local post office first with the tracking number for help. We can only see the same information you can unfortunately, so it's best to contact the post office first. If they are needing more information to file a claim, please contact us at and we will gladly give package information to file that claim. 

Do You Work on Weekends? 
We do not respond to any emails, ship packages, or make drop offs on weekends or holidays.

My Order is Incorrect/ I Am Missing Something, Can You Help? 
If your order is incorrect, please contact us within 4 business days. Please include your order number in your email for quick response times. We will do our best to solve the issue. Please check your email as we may have emailed you or refunded you if an item from your order was out of stock.
